The Peak Elite Volleyball Club was founded in 2022 with a clear and ambitious mission. Following a challenging club season elsewhere, both players and parents united in their decision to breakout and establish a distinct identity for Upper Dublin's Peak. Their vision was to create a singular, high-caliber team, driven by a profound commitment to holistic athlete and collective team development.
Peak Elite is more than a squad; we're a tight-knit family. With years of shared experience, we're a force to be reckoned with both on and off the court. Our philosophy rests on the pillars of self-confidence, technical mastery, academic excellence, genuine camaraderie, seamless teamwork, victorious spirits, and a popular interest in pursuing our journey through college.
With a close-knit founding squad comprising just eight girls, including freshmen from UDHS' varsity girls team and three talented eighth graders, Peak Elite achieved an exceptional feat, outpacing the performance of numerous regional clubs. Their remarkable accomplishment placed them on the cusp of the top 10% among the state's volleyball teams.
Peak Elite strives to build better players from middle-schoolers through high school and potentially encourage collegiate aspirations. To assist with these endeavors, the club offers tools to help in this process.
HUDL's Balltime is a service that applies AI to breakdown game videos for automated analysis of a player's performance, generating stats, insights, summaries and skills-grouped highlight videos that players can use for college recruiting efforts and social media sharing.
University Athlete is free communication tool providing an interface to facilitate connecting student athletes with college coaches. A premium features provides actual email contacts.
Showcases are events held (typically) prior to larger qualifier tournaments that are optional within the club's schedule. They provide attending college coaches exposure to see players in action. In coordination with a University Athlete account, players can inform coaches of their participation in a showcase event for an easier connection.
Consultations are unique opportunities for players to speak with college coaches and players to gain insight and ask questions that may help their process or pathway to collegiate volleyball; whether it be about recruiting strategies, tips for social media and highlight videos or any other aspect of the game, the club can help schedule videoconferencing.
