She excels at managing teams and organizational dynamics, and is passionate about cultivating strong, independent young women while fostering a supportive, positive environment where our girls can thrive both on and off the court.
Elizabeth prioritizes open communication, ensuring families stay informed and always have someone to turn to for support. Elizabeth's organizational expertise means seamless seasons and families who never feel left out of the loop. When she's not at Peak Elite, Elizabeth loves exploring the outdoors, hiking, skiing and traveling with her family.

As a devoted sports mom to two of Peak Elite's starting players, Kim manages her leadership role as Co-Director at Peak Elite in parallel with her roles as a UDHS teacher and an Adjunct Professor at Arcadia University. Beyond her professional commitments, Kim finds her stride as an avid runner and cherishes moments by the beach.

Coach Fly's professional experience dates back to 2015 when he began club coaching 13U thru 16U teams. From 2016, he started coaching the New Hope-Solebury MS team for 6 years with three Middle School tournament championships, two conference championships and back-to-back undefeated seasons (2021 and 2022) (31-0).
Concurrently from 2019, he coached the New Hope-Solebury HS varsity team for 4 years as an assistant coach where they finished as District Champions three out of four years, once as Regional Tournament Semi-finalists and twice State Tournament quarterfinalists.
In 2023 he became Pennridge High School's Varsity Head Coach, and led the LadyRams to Divisional Champions (15-5, 11-1) and a strong showing in the district championship tournament. He continues with Pennridge building a stronger, more capable team.

A multi-sport athlete growing up, Katherine found her passion for volleyball in 6th grade and went on to play through college at the University of Scranton. Now entering her 10th year of coaching, she brings a wealth of experience working with athletes ages 12–16 and has also contributed to local CYO programs.
Kat is deeply committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the court. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently pursuing a school counseling certification—bringing a unique and thoughtful perspective to her coaching. Her holistic approach focuses on individual development, team dynamics, and life skills that extend far beyond the game.
Kat believes in coaching the whole player: blending hustle, accountability, teamwork, and a lot of heart. Her passion for the game, combined with her background in mental health and education, make her a powerful role model and leader for our athletes.
Coach Olivia is entering her first year of coaching and is excited to share her knowledge and love for the game. A graduate of Norristown Area High School, she was a three-year varsity player, two-time captain, and helped lead her team to a 2021 United Ten Conference Championship with an undefeated 10-0 record, earning First Team All-Conference honors. She also earned Second Team All-Conference in 2022.
Olivia played four years of club volleyball, including three seasons with Royal Legends VBC on their Nationals teams, and went on to compete at Goucher College, where she is entering her final season. Throughout her career, she has showcased her versatility across multiple positions including outside hitter, defensive specialist, right side, and setter.
She looks forward to bringing her passion, experience, and leadership to the program while helping athletes grow on and off the court.
With over 15 years of playing experience and more than a decade of coaching at the club, high school, and collegiate levels, Matt brings a deep understanding of the game and a passion for player development.
A versatile athlete, Matt has competed as both a setter and libero, playing for CB South, Arcadia University, and on the open/pro grass and beach circuits. His diverse coaching resume includes leadership roles with Infinity Volleyball Club, East Coast Power, Highline Renegades, CB South, and Arcadia Men’s Volleyball.
Matt’s coaching philosophy centers around strategy, confidence-building, and cultivating a love for the game. His experience across all levels of competition and commitment to athlete growth make him a tremendous addition to our coaching staff.
A Southlake, Texas native, Dani Peña brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to Peak Elite. She is a recent graduate of Swarthmore College, where she was a standout setter for the Women’s Volleyball team. During her collegiate career, Dani served as a three-year captain and earned All-Conference honors in both her junior and senior seasons—testament to her leadership and impact on the court.
Dani began her volleyball journey at just 10 years old, competing with top North Texas clubs TAV and Excel, where she developed the strong technical foundation and competitive drive that continue to shape her coaching style. She is currently the Head Volleyball Coach at George School in Newtown, PA, where she leads the varsity program with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and intentional play.
Her calm leadership, high volleyball IQ, and passion for athlete growth make her an incredible addition to our coaching staff. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Peak Elite family!

Coach Bella is entering her fifth year of coaching and is excited to help lead our 17 National Team this season alongside Coach Fly. A 2020 graduate of New Hope-Solebury High School, Bella earned her degree in Risk Management from Temple University. During her high school career, she was a 4-year varsity starter and the team’s starting libero for three seasons. In her senior year, she reached 1,000 career digs, earned First Team All-League honors, and was named Defensive Player of the Year. She helped lead her team to four consecutive district championships and three state quarterfinal appearances.
Bella played five years of club volleyball with CJVA and East Coast Power, training exclusively as a libero and serving as team captain for multiple seasons. She holds IMPACT and SafeSport certifications and is a member of both AAU and USAV.
With five years of coaching experience, including at the varsity and national club level, Bella is passionate about player development and excited to help athletes grow both on and off the court this season.
Coach Austin graduated from New Hope-Solebury High School in 2019 and then from Penn College of Technology in 2021.
Austin first started playing volleyball with the Doylestown Athletic Association back in 2013. He played two years with them before getting recruited by the Panther Boys’ Volleyball Club. Culminating the 2014 season, as their libero, the Panthers won the 14U Boys December Classic East Power Volleyball tournament.
Austin continued playing with the Panthers for the next two years before the organization closed its doors--at which time, he continued with Infinity Volleyball Club through 2019.
